I am very excited to have received a MatchLab Grant through Creative Partnerships Australia which means that they will match every dollar of the $4000 that I am hoping to raise through the Australian Cultural Fund for this new project.
In mid 2018 I will head into the studio to record my fifth album featuring original material, showcasing many Australia’s finest musicians including Internationally award-winning vocalist Kristin Berardi and renowned pianist Matt McMahon. In addition to recording the 20 minute Arrivals and Prospects Suite, originally commissioned for the Brisbane International Jazz Festival, I will compose 6 new pieces for this album.
